Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowBridge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

FlowBridge provides an API integration platform that allows users to create, manage, and execute automated workflows between different applications and services. The Service includes workflow builders, API connectors, execution engines, and related tools.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
• Scrape, crawl, or data mine the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service for illegal automation or fraud

Beta Testing Period

During the beta testing period (through Q1 2026):

• The Service is provided "as is" for testing purposes
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• We may reset, modify, or delete test data
• Beta testers may receive grandfathered pricing at launch

Paid Services

When paid plans launch:

• Prices are stated in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Downgrading may result in loss of features or data

Execution Limits and Fair Use

Each plan includes a monthly workflow execution limit. Exceeding limits may result in:

• Temporary throttling or suspension of workflows
• Additional charges for overage at published rates
• Requirement to upgrade to a higher plan

We reserve the right to suspend accounts exhibiting abusive usage patterns that impact Service performance or availability for other users.

Intellectual Property

Your Content:

You retain ownership of workflows, configurations, and data you create. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

Our Content:

The Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by FlowBridge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or data handling practices.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with data protection laws applicable to you.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Conduct emergency maintenance as needed
• Experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control

Current uptime targets will be specified in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) available to paid customers.

Termination

By You:

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon cancellation, your access ends at the end of the current billing period.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks. We will provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• We retain data for 90 days for recovery purposes
• After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowBridge from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. For EU consumers, you retain rights under local consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
